![]() Eileen Stryker has over 27 years of experience assisting people in education and non-profit organizations to plan for, conduct, and use evaluations. She works collaboratively and offers consultation and learning experiences related to: logic modeling, needs assessment, proposal writing, study design, systematic data gathering, data processing and analysis, reporting, interpreting and using findings. She also helps integrate evaluation work into the organization's leadership and management processes. Eileen holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University, with emphases in program evaluation and community education. She is fluent in Spanish and has extensive international experience. Eileen is on the board of the Hispanic American Council, Inc., is on the regional team of ERAC/CE (Eliminating Racism and Claiming/Celebrating Equality) in Kalamazoo, Michigan and is a member of the American Evaluation Association.
